Doctor Torture (VIDEO)

This man, Dr. El-Sebai Ahmad el-Sebai, is the head of the Forensic Medical Authority, the agency responsible for police torture cover ups, including Khaled Said‘s case. This man still holds his position, and has not been held accountable for his crimes. Why?
